Mr. Adams has over 35 years of Industry / Investment Banking experience with a focus on the Upstream sector as well as significant experience in the Midstream, Downstream and Oilfield services space.  Mr. Adams has over 20 years of Investment Banking experience, most recently as Co-Head of Upstream Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank and occupying senior roles in the Energy Groups at Citi, RBC, Macquarie Securities, Bank of America, and Petrie Parkman & Co.

In addition to his Investment Banking experience, Mr. Adams has also been fortunate to occupy roles as CEO of one private and two publicly held oil and gas companies with operations in the Rockies and Texas. Prior to joining Investment Banking, Mr. Adams was a Petroleum Engineer working in all phases of reservoir, production, development and M&A groups for an International Independent and spent several years at an engineering consulting firm.  Mr. Adams holds a BSc in Petroleum Engineering and MBA from the University of Texas.
